1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 99ad website, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform — including the live casino, slot games, bingo rooms, VIP programme or the 99ad Android app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 99ad. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 99ad platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 99ad.

2 Eligibility and Registration

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 99ad. Multiple accounts associated with the same person — identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses or payment methods — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99ad reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or any authentication details with any other person. 99ad will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 99ad support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze while the matter is reviewed.

• Account balances are held in PKR and cannot be transferred between players.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure, with prior notification sent to the registered contact details.
• You must notify 99ad of any changes to your registered personal details promptly.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 99ad are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed in the cashier.

Deposit limits are set per transaction and per day. The current minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your current account verification status.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method but 99ad aims to complete all verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification checks, particularly for larger amounts or where the account has not previously completed a full verification process.

• Funds deposited via a specific payment method may need to be withdrawn to the same method, subject to cashier rules displayed at the time of withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• 99ad reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Deposits that are reversed, charged back or disputed by the payment provider may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

99ad offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is presented and take precedence over the general bonus guidelines in this section.

General bonus rules that apply across all 99ad promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR after the qualifying action — typically a qualifying deposit — has been confirmed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at the highest rate; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for specific promotions. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in bonus cancellation and review of associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus balance is active may forfeit the previous bonus.

Players who have opted into a self-exclusion period or set a deposit limit that prevents qualifying deposits are not eligible for bonuses during that period.

6 VIP Programme

The 99ad VIP programme rewards regular players with cashback, faster withdrawals, elevated bet limits and other perks across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. VIP points are earned on all real-money wagers placed across live casino, slots and bingo games. The number of points earned per PKR wagered may vary by game type.

• VIP tier progression is calculated on a rolling basis over the period specified in the VIP programme details page.
• Tier benefits are applied once a player reaches the qualifying point threshold for that tier. Benefits do not apply retroactively.
• 99ad reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point earn rates and associated perks. Material changes will be communicated to affected players in advance.
• VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for PKR or transferred between accounts.
• Abuse of the VIP programme — including collusion, manipulation of wager volumes or other unfair practices — will result in disqualification from the programme and may trigger account review.

7 Gameplay and Fair Use

99ad games — including live casino tables, slot games and bingo rooms — are provided by third-party software suppliers whose products meet industry standards for randomness and fairness. Random Number Generator (RNG) certified games produce outcomes that cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 99ad.

In the event of a game malfunction, incomplete round or technical error that results in an ambiguous outcome, 99ad reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's balance. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error will not be honoured.

• Players must not use any software, tool, script or automated system to interact with 99ad games. Manual play only is permitted.
• Any attempt to exploit game logic, software bugs or platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Game history and results are logged and available in your account transaction history. If you believe a round result is incorrect, contact support with the game round ID within 72 hours.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99ad. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use 99ad for any financial activity unrelated to personal entertainment gaming.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, bingo rooms or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any non-human interaction mechanism to play games or navigate the platform.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 99ad staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Privacy and Data

99ad collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and use of 99ad — including name, contact details, payment information and gameplay history — is used to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud and improve the player experience. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data 99ad holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate personal data by contacting support.
• Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of all data — certain records are retained for the periods required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of unauthorised payment methods.
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Identification of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Abusive conduct directed at 99ad staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held and reviewed as part of the investigation process. If the account is found to be in good standing following the review, the balance will be made available for withdrawal. Balances associated with accounts found to be in breach of these terms may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 99ad support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements.

12 Changes to These Terms

99ad may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, legal requirements or operational practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by email or through an in-platform notification — before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 99ad platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
